Instructor

Ronald Gilbert has always been passionate about athletics, from playing baseball as a young boy to being a varsity player in high school. Despite his active lifestyle, Ron wasn't a fan of traditional cardio until he discovered Trap Cycling, which reignited his love for fitness. Eventually, the 2020 pandemic led him to another passion after he stumbled upon an Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil video on social media. This led him to become a certified Xtreme Hip Hop instructor in 2021 and then on to teaching cycling and stepping at the Irsay YMCA in Indianapolis before moving to his own space to accommodate his larger following.

Ron currently operates under the brand "Good Good Energy," inspired by his signature phrase "Good, Good." He teaches Xtreme Hip Hop classes every Tuesday at 6:45 PM at the Fitness Boutique by Tiffany in Chicago, IL. Ron also offers private lessons and can be booked for events, helping others achieve their fitness goals in a fun and engaging way.
